Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building not far from tram line and shopping centre and the restaurant. Warm and terrific rooms with polite staff. Lots of delicious food at breakfast time. Good customer care. The check out is late. Stunning location; exceptional and courteous staff.

The room was double superior and a decent size with air conditioner, iron & ironing board and a storage.
Accommodating staff, marvellous breakfast, ideal location near Tram £ 3 return, city centre by public transport, and public transport links. Excellent view, cozy bar - everything was perfect.

Location was fine, easy to reach by car and parking also no problem. we had 2 rooms with connecting door and nice spacious layout
The food in the restaurant in the evening. The nuisance of aziats in the corridors in the evening and at night (they also pointed out that there were a lot of shouting at other rooms and shutting of the doors).

Nice stay, but room needs a refresh
The room was super clean and spacious, but it felt kinda outdated. We really enjoyed the breakfast, loads of tasty options! The staff were quick to help too when we needed more tea. Just a bummer the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, so we had to drive out to eat. A decent stay.

Parking house with direct access to the hotel for 12 euros for 24 hours is OK.
No hotel parking space. The menu could be more extensive. Lamb, various seafood etc.

the staff were absolutely brilliant.so helpful and friendly.nothing was a problem to them.head waiter at breakfast was really organised and the food was great.room was very spacious and comfortable.i requested a ground floor room at time of booking which was honoured.
the restaurant should have a set daily menu to choose from as well as the a la carte.
